Jordan Bio:
Born and raised in Des Moines Iowa, Jordan began his dance career at age 16. Accomplishing much in his youth, Jordan started the first all boys dance team at Roosevelt High School, danced with Midwest Swang (local drill team), & competed in numerous local dance battles. DMI Dance Force (his 1st crew experience) opened his eyes to a whole new world, forever changing his perspective.
Since his youth, Jordan has trained at many studios all over the U.S: Millennium Dance Complex, Debby Reynolds Dance Studio, Edge Performing Arts, Iowa Dance Academy, Dance 411, Gotta Dance Atlanta, and more. He’s also had the pleasure of performing/training with well-known dance figures and/or choreographers: *See credits below Leslie Scott, Kenya Clay, Mykell Wilson, Flavia Scheizwer, Jaquel knight, Matt Steffanina, Tim Milgram, Gary Beaford, Lamonte Ponder, and Fullout Cortland..
He has taught all over Iowa including Dance Vision, DMI Dance Force, West Side Dance Academy and Becky Nalebanko Dance Studio. Specializing in Hip Hop & Jazz Funk. Choreography foundation in Hip Hop styles such as House, Whacking, Grooves, and more.
Outside of dance, Jordan is a trained singer, actor and former commercial model. You may find him in TV shows such as Glee, Shake It Up, No Ordinary Family, and more. Jordan is the Director and founder of rebel city Company, dedicated to cultivating and bridging the gap of training and opportunity here in Midwest for multiple styles of dance, with specialization and hip-hop.
