Freeze Workshop

Learn some basic freezes including shoulder freeze, baby freeze, turtle freeze, chair freeze, headstand, airbaby, and air freeze with Joel on 5/15/22 Sunday at 4:00pm.

Each freeze is broken down into how it works and how to execute it regardless of size, flexibility or strength. There are "sweet spots" with each freeze!
