Isn’t the goal of a business to get more money and do it faster? I don’t know about you all but that was my goal the first month.

Besides the obvious fact that you will obtain more income, there are some other reasons why you should. After all, a business that plateaus is not ideal (at least not for me!)

History has shown that businesses that plateau for long periods of time go downhill from there and here’s a little secret for you…You don’t want to be on that downhill side and you know as they say, history likes to repeat itself. Don’t be like history guys and gals!

One of the main reasons you should scale your business is so you can do what you do best. Whether that is traffic generation and sales, or finding new products, or maybe even in some rare cases, customer support. But in order to scale you’re going to need a team behind you.

I highly suggest hiring a VA (Virtual Assistant) if not multiple VAs. They take the workload off your shoulders which allows you to focus on growth which is a GOOD thing.

If you’re looking to sell your business for a lump sum in the future, consistent growth provides a strong selling point. This is the type of consistency you want in your business.

Another reason you’ll want to scale is because the more customers you have, the more authority you will have in your respective niches. Along with credibility, there is also more repeat business.

It’s much easier to sell to an existing customer than it is to a new one. And when you grow your customer base, you can count on more repeat customers as per Law of Large Numbers. Hooray for more revenue!

Finally, as you scale to new heights you’ll find people and companies naturally coming to you instead of the other way around. Increase of organic traffic is a natural result of scaling.

Whether its from google search results, social channels, and the often overlooked (in the E-commerce​ industry) word of mouth method. This leads to essentially what I would call Free money and leads. Your business has now become evergreen because you scaled it so high!

Remember when I mentioned above that people or businesses come to you? This applies not only in a customer acquisition sense, but also in terms of new business partnerships!

The more authority you have from scaling, the easier it is to leverage your business to close deals. New suppliers equals more products for your customers to buy. And if you have been following me, you know I am a big fan of influencer marketing.

These influencers are far more inclined to say yes to working with you on your terms if they see people buying your products left and right. In fact some of them just want a free product to review and thats all! We all know that leads to a buying frenzy which we can view in real time on google analytics.

I don’t really like bringing her up, but Kylie Jenner likes to record viewing of google Analytics when they release a product on shopify! The amount of visitors that influencers can drive is INSANE!

In conclusion:

Dont coast, and don’t be a pussy. SCALE instead. Don’t get me wrong, I coast a bit when traveling but life is easier when you consistently grow month after month while you have your systems/automations in place.
